Transom, in order to improve the professional competence of its employees and ensure the high quality of services, on August 1-2 held the first of the coaching sessions on the Basics of Conducting Business Negotiations among employees of active and operational sales planned in a series of coaches.
The training was conducted by Marina Borovskaya, the development director of the company, a master-coach of the international level.
In the opinion of the majority, coaching was extremely useful, since it affected both theoretical and, most importantly, practical issues.
The participants were able to improve the skills of successful communication, got acquainted with effective methods of business communication, learned to find reasoned answers on the most frequent objections of clients.
The training program for the staff of the TransCom Group for effective communication is designed for several coaching sessions, each of which will differ in the depth of the topic. The next module is planned for September 2018.
